Fridge and dryer appliance repair
I had a neighbor using Luke and he came down to look at my refrigerator. It took him about three minutes to diagnose what was wrong! He ordered the part and two days later it was installed. He knows how to do everything with appliances. He sure will be busy as word spreads!!
Fantastic service from Lucas with AHS. Contacted him on Monday and Tuesday he was out here, diagnosed the problem, got the part and had it fixed by 3:00. Will recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.
Great service! Called at 4pm on a Sunday, had washing machine fixed by the next day at 10:30am after a different appliance repair company sat on it for over a week without getting the issue resolved. Will definitely be using Lucus again in the future.

Great guy. Responded quickly and fixed our issue. The next day, the ice and water were not working. He diagnosed the issue over the phone. These were not working because I had unplugged them while trying to fix the original issue myself.

Woke up this morning to find a warm refrigerator/freezer. Very sad because I already dealing with a broken oven. A friend recommended Lucas Appliance for repairs. I texted Lucas about 9am, he was here within 2 hours working on my appliances and they were fixed by 11:30am. This man is efficient! I cannot say how much I appreciate finding a business and owner that puts the customers needs first. I have used AHSH multiple times over the past few years from easy repairs to whole appliance replacements. Other companies will sell you a repair that you may not need to fix your issues. AHSH diagnosis what is really wrong, and then makes only the necessary repair. Good old honesty and integrity. If you want a no hassle, professional experience, give AHSH call. They are not the cheapest option; but the quality of work, easy of getting an appointment make it well worth it. You cannot go wrong with AHSH!

Best appliance service provider! They usually come the day you call them, give you just a 2 hour window so you aren’t sitting around all day, text you 30 mins before arrival. My induction stovetop stopped working. No replacement part was available for months. He replaced it with another cooktop and did an excellent job leaving the kitchen. Very neat and tidy. He is not only competent but a very nice person. I would call him again if needed. I recommend him highly.
I recently posted a review on 1/20/26 regarding my service, since then the office has contacted me and the part to repair my lower oven is no longer available and the office refunded the cost of the part. Understand they have no control over parts to an appliance they cannot obtain. Appreciate how they resolved my concerns. Cynthia

We had a great experience with Luke. He fixed both our washing machine as well as our fridge. This was after the manufacturers service company couldn’t seem to get the fridge fixed (a big, expensive GE Cafe model.) He responded very quickly and came out within a day. After seeing this company mentioned favorably several times on my neighborhood Facebook page, I decided to give him a shot. He arrived at my home within an hour of me calling him!! I was having a problem with one burner on my gas range not igniting. Lucas spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem and was able to fix it. No parts required, he just figured it out!! The technician, eric arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, though he didn't have the specific part with him, he went back to the warehouse, got it, and returned the same day to complete the repair.
